10K in the morning, Pool in the afternoon...perfection

The day started really well with the Possom trot 10K. Rob and Aidan came out to cheer Karen, Jill, and me along. The race was fun, and the best part was the race swag and the free smoothie.

Then we headed to the pool. This as the first time that Rob got to see Aidan swim. We bought him his own little float, but Aidan preferred to hang out in his mom and dad's arms. We had a good time! We had really good family time and then Rob was super sweet and let me hang out by the pool and read while he took Aidan home for a nap. Unfortunately, Aidan didn't go back down. He went to bed pretty hard tonight.

We're looking forward to Aidan's first birthday next Friday!!
