Road trip, feed me, and his first truck

Aidan, Rob and I went to the Amnicalola Falls (sp?) Easter weekend. Aidan rode in his brand new backpack with his daddy. He had his trusty turtle with him and managed to hold onto it the whole time (as you can tell, he did try to share).
Aidan is also eating regular food, pretty much exclusively. He REALLY loves macaroni and cheese. We mix in green beans to make it healthy (er). He's learning to feed himself, mostly because its his preference and he won't really let other people feed him much anymore. But, its more than a little messy.

The Easter Bunny brought Aidan another walker for Easter. Its a Tonka truck and its his new favorite toy. He walks more than he crawls now. He's happiest behind the truck, but will walk on his own when necessary.

Aidan got tubes in his ears on 4/20. We couldn't get rid of his ear infections, we could just knock them down. The moment we got home from his surgery, he started standing on his own for longer periods of time. Now, just two weeks later, he's walking more than he crawls. Of course, he throws his hands in the air and laughs himself to whereever he's trying to go. Its super cute.

He keeps us crazy busy, but very happy. He's really good in his jogging stroller and loves to hang out with his "aunties". We're getting ready to train for a fall marathon and he's very excited to spend more time outside with his Mama.
Much Love,
The Newtons
